The IQS Stakeholder Council
Minister of National Education, Anna Zalewska, appointed the IQS Stakeholder Council which consists of representatives of socio-economic organizations, local government, the Program Council for Competences and the Ministry of National Education.
The tasks of the Council include:
- monitoring the functioning of the IQS,
- giving opinions on directions of changes in the area of IQS and
- exchanging experience in the field of qualifications.
The Stakeholder Council is an advisory body of the Minister of National Education - the coordinator of the IQS. Inclusion of the social partners is essential for the proper functioning and development of the IQS. Therefore, the legislator decided to appoint the Stakeholder Council, which is to support the minister-coordinator of the IQS in ensuring coherence and comparability of the solutions within the IQS framework.

The tasks of the council include:
- review of the guidelines and draft legislation in the area of the Integrated Qualification System (IQS),
- expressing opinion on expert recommendations on the assignment of PQF level to qualifications,
- expressing opinion on the relevance of including sectoral qualification framework in the Integrated Qualification System (IQS) and its compatibility with the Polish Qualification Framework (PQF).
