PQF Transparency

The elements of the qualifications system described above have the aim of achieving the transparency of qualifications awarded in Poland.
In effect, it is expected that:

• acquiring successive qualifications in the framework of lifelong learning will be facilitated;
• there will be greater mobility in employment, resulting, among others, from the ability to acquire new qualifications more easily;
• the process of recruiting employers will be simplified as a result of the ability to more easily identify competences held by candidates for jobs.

Establishing a reliable qualifications system with all the recommended elements creates the opportunity for persons with Polish qualifications to increase their mobility in the European educational and labour markets.
