Self-Certification Report

The Report presents the process and results of introducing qualifications frameworks in Polish higher education institutions. The document describes the Polish higher education system and details the elements of the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education, as well as the work conducted during its preparation and all the stakeholders involved in its development. 





The Report also addresses the criteria and procedures that must be fulfilled in order to confirm coherence between the qualifications frameworks in Polish higher education and the frameworks in Europe (the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning and the Qualifications Framework for the European Higher Education Area). Additionally, it raises awareness about the challenges facing Poland related to such issues as the massification of education at the higher education level and the increasing diversity of the populations of students, as well as the need to change the focal point from the educational process to its outcomes.
