Self-Certification Report
The English version of the Self-Certification Report of the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education is now available on our website. The report concerns Polish higher education system and was accepted alongside the Polish Referencing Report in 2013.The Report also addresses the criteria and procedures that must be fulfilled in order to confirm coherence between the qualifications frameworks in Polish higher education and the frameworks in Europe (the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning and the Qualifications Framework for the European Higher Education Area). Additionally, it raises awareness about the challenges facing Poland related to such issues as the massification of education at the higher education level and the increasing diversity of the populations of students, as well as the need to change the focal point from the educational process to its outcomes.
